WALKING DOWN THE SIDEWALK

I'm not sure who invented the sidewalk, but I'm thankful for the use of a sidewalk.  Walking on the side of the road is dangerous.  Walking on a sidewalk on the side of the road is far better.  According to research, Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome built sidewalks only to fall out of use in the Medieval era.  Then the Great Fire of London in 1666 brought sidewalks back into use.  Sidewalks have been built from wood, brick, stone, concrete and asphalt.  I'm not picky what material the sidewalk is made from as long as the sidewalk is sturdy and functional.

AS I LOOK TOWARDS THE FUTURE

I got huge plans for the year 2018.  Well, I sort of have huge plans for the year 2018.  Well, I have a general outline of what the year 2018 is going to look like.  I'm not sure how I'm going to succeed in getting from point A to point B, but I have a general idea what the end result is going to look like.  All I know is that the end result is going to make the effort of getting there worth while.  And when I get there, I can relax and take comfort in doing a job that's well done.  But right now, it's still the year 2017 and the month of August is nearly done.  I can't wait to see what September 2017 is going to look like.  Ah yes, September 2017 is going to be lots and lots of fun.

REFLECTION OF TODAY'S EVENTS

Today is the last day of August.  Tomorrow is the first day of September.  Whatever can only be done in the month of August, you need to hurry and get it done.  Because when August 2017 is done, it becomes a memory of days gone past.  For me at least, August 2017 was a good month.  For me at least, September 2017 will be just as good.  And I can't wait to see what September 2017 has in store for us all.  And soon the Gentle Reader and I will get the chance to witness the year 2018.  I can't wait to personally see what magic and wonders the year 2018 has in store.  Oh yeah, it's been a fun ride and it's only going to get better.
