WHEN DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME COMES TO AN END

Yeah, it takes a while to get used to the end of Daylight Savings Time.  It ended today and I got an extra hour of sleep as a result.  Still, the time difference can be felt.  9:00 P.M. felt like 10:00 P.M. because it was 10:00 P.M. only a day ago.  Still,  I'm confident that I'll get used to the end of daylight saving time.  And it's yet another sign that Winter is almost upon us all that daylight saving time is no longer a factor.  And now the world is getting darker earlier.  While in the middle of the year the sun would hang above the sky all the way to 7:30 in the evening, the sun is gone by the time 5:30 moves closer towards the clock.  And snow has yet to fall, but I'm sure that eventually will arrive.
And as I'm lost in thought close to the middle of the night, here are some photos of Lea Michele.

WHEN I LOOK UPON THE NIGHT SKY

And when I look upon the night sky, it's hard to believe that Earth isn't in the center of the universe.  Earth isn't in the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.  It's out on the very tip of a tentacle emerging from the Milky Way Galaxy.  Heck, Earth isn't even the center of it's own solar system.  And it's humbling to learn that the Universe doesn't believe in the superiority of Earth like we worship the superiority of Earth.  In fact 99% of the Universe remains unknown and unexplored.  The only thing we know about Earth's Solar System are from telescopes and space probes.  And it's humbling to know that there's no realistic way to explore 99% of the Universe due to technological limitations.  Humans claim to be better than Extra-Terrestrials, yet Humans still depend on Extra-Terrestrials to walk up and talk to them instead of the other way around due to technological limitations.  And it's humbling to learn that such limitations isn't likely to improve anytime soon.
And as I'm lost in thought about tacos, here are some photos of Avril Lavigne.

WHEN THEY GOT TOGETHER

Kellie Pickler, Sheryl Crow and Sara Evans is having a girls night out.

IN A COUNTRY THAT DOESN'T CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN

Katie Holmes isn' in Ohio anymore.  She's in New York City, New York and still in the United States of America.  She's busy grabbing herself a taxi that will take her to the airport.  She found the dumbest reason to break up with the Standard Opposite Gender Love Interest before storming out of that person's car and chose to walk towards a nearby taxi cab.

Katie Holmes isn't in Ohio anymore.  Heck, she isn't even in the United States of America anymore.  She's busy filming her brand new film The Giver in South Africa.  And it turns out that South Africa doesn't celebrate Halloween.  I'm not sure what holiday the nation of South Africa celebrates, but Halloween isn't among them.  So no ghosts or goblins for Taylor Swift, Katie Holmes, Odeya Rush, Cameron Monaghan, Jeff Bridges and a bunch of other people in this photo who I can't identify right now but if I knew their names I'd be using their names.
Katie Holmes and Odeya Rush became very close best friends forever.
And when she isn't busy standing around for hours while lighting and sound fiddles with the equipment (Most of Hollywood filming involves waiting for hours for the chance to film a mere ten or less minutes)...
...Katie Holmes chose to explore South Africa while avoiding horrible nasty South African dangers such as wild animals, boat hijacking pirates while on a yacht and other life ending menaces such as run on sentences.
Katie Holmes realized the best way to prepare for such dangers was to undress all the way to her underwear in as public a forum as possible as often as possible.
And that was before she embarked for her quest for the nearby beach for a swim.
And Katie was overwhelmed with joy when she finally reached the beach.  She wasted no time in tossing off her clothes until she only wore her swimming suit.  Her street clothes were lost by some impossibly convoluted circumstances and she was weirdly unbothered by that.
Katie Holmes got on her bathing suit to go swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.  She ignored what appeared to be a voodoo curse uttered by a nearby villager while jumping in the deep water.  The South African Voodoo Villager said something along the lines of One Down, Three To Go, but Katie Holmes didn't bother to think about it as she swam deeper and deeper into the Ocean while the Drunk Lifeguard chose to take a break for a few hours.  It looked as if the Drunk Lifeguard was taking a bribe as she continued to swam towards deeper water.  No more can be said because we're only allowed to look at this from Katie Holmes perspective.

COMPUTERS

There are more passwords needed to enter more websites than any form of secret service espionage.  Yeah, I know that there are lots of dishonest people out there looking for identities to steal.  Or if there's a chance that a person could use somebody's e-mail stationary to send insulting e-mail that the actual owner of the e-mail stationary would never have sent the dishonest person would do it.  Or if it's possible for somebody to enter somebody's Internet blog and mess it up for revenge that the dishonest person would take it.  And it's a shame that so many dishonest people out there makes passwords necessary.  And someday the world would become much more of an honest place to live in.  Someday the Gentle Reader and I will live in a world that's much more honest.  I still believe that utopia is possible if we all work hard for it.
And as I'm lost in thought on the first day of November, here are some photos of Liz Phair.
