I GUESS THREE TIMES IS THE CHARM WHEN TELEVISION SHOWS ENTITLED LAS VEGAS IS CONCERNED

When I heard that a television show entitled Las Vegas was going to premier as part of the new 2012 to 2013 television season, I can't help but feel a little bit of Déjà vu.  Wasn't this something I've heard before.  Imagine my surprise when I heard that a police procedural television show with Las Vegas as it's title has already been done before.
There is a television show entitled Las Vegas that aired as the first and only television show on the bankrupted after only two years major television network United Network (A failed attempt at four major television networks.  Bill Dana was the host, but nobody knows how many episodes were filmed or what happened to any of the episodes.  This is a television show that may have been destroyed by the ravages of time.
1.  The first police procedural television show----Vega$ starring Robert Urich as Dan Tanna, Bart Braverman as Bobby 'Binzer' Borso,  Phyllis Davis as Beatrice Travis and Greg Morris as Lt. David Nelson.  It lasted only three seasons between 1978 to 1981.  On September 13, 1978 the Charlie's Angels episode Angels in Vegas featured a brief cameo appearance from Robert Urich as Dan Tanna in a cross over between Charlie's Angels and Vega$.  It was the first and only time that Charlie's Angels and Vega$ had a crossover.
2.  The second police procedural television show----Las Vegas starring Josh Duhamel as Danny McCoy,  James Lesure as Mike Cannon, Vanessa Marcil as Sam Marquez, Molly Sims as Delinda Deline, James Caan as Ed Deline, Nikki Cox as Mary Connell, Mitch Longley as Mitch Sassen and Marsha Thomas as Nessa Holt.  It lasted for five seasons between 2003 to 2008.
3.  The third police procedural television show----Vegas starring Dennis Quaid as Ralph Lamb, Michael Chiklis as Vincent Savino and Carrie-Anne Moss as ADA Katherine O'Connell.  The television show will premier in 2012 as part of the 2012 to 2013 television season.
Here are some photos of film and television actress Emma Caulfield.  Emma Caulfield is a stage name for Emma Chukker (Her married name is Emma Grobbelaar, but that will end soon since she's filing for a divorce from Cornelius Grobbelaar).
