When Jackie Fox quit the Runaways, Vicki Blue (Born under the name Victory Tischler-Blue) took over as the bass guitar player for the Runaways for the last two albums of the rock group's existance.  Below, we have Joan Jett, Sandy West, Lita Ford and Vicki Blue.  Naturally, Vicki Blue would be wearing the blue color outfit.
