WHEN SUSANNA HOFFS MET VICKI PETERSON AND DEBBI PETERSON WHILE ANNETTE ZILINSKAS WAS ALONG FOR THE RIDE

Few fans of 1980's era music were aware that Annette Zilinskas used to be the bass guitar player for the all girl rock group the Bangles.  But it's true.  Though the Bangles lineup that consisted of Susanna Hoffs, Debi Peterson, Annette Zilinskas and Vicki Peterson never recorded an album.  Michael Steele (aka Micki Steele) would eventually replace Annette Zilinskas when the earlier girl made an early (and rather unexpected) exit from the Bangles.  And thus the female equivilent of Pete Best and Stu Sutcliffe vanished from the music scene before she could make her debut appearance.
