Let's see, we had the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, England. We had Hurricane Isaac in the Gulf of Mexico region of the United States (Which lightly disrupted the Republican National Convention). We had hurricane Sandy smashing against most of the East Coast of the United States and wrecking havoc with New York City and Atlantic City, New Jersey. We had the 2012 Presidential Elections which promised huge changes, but only succeeded in Democrats staying in the United States Senate, Republicans staying in the House of Representatives and President Barack Obama staying in the White House for a second term in office. We had Easter and the Fourth of July. We had Halloween delayed and Thanksgiving appearing to be on schedule. Christmas and New Years Day is looming in the horizon. Oh yes, it's been a rather eventful year for us all.
