BECAUSE YOU DESERVE A BREAK TODAY

McDonalds is a global multi-national corporate empire.  There are McDonalds Restaurants in every civilized country and every continent.  It goes without saying that cultural differences between one country and another prevents McDonalds Restaurant menus from matching each other exactly from one country to another.  And as a result, there are extremely popular McDonalds menu offerings that's selling out in foreign countries that are never sold in the United States.  The reasons is that McDonalds are afraid that such menu offerings that sold out in Japan would fail if sold in Texas or North Dakota.  And so here are exotic cultural specific menu options available at a McDonalds that isn't down the street and around the corner.
Cultural specific menu items sold in Asia only
1.   Japan, Singapore and other Asian markets
      Ebi Burger
A deep fat fried patty made of Shrimp with condiments consisting of lettuce and spicy sauce.  The bun is the Big Mac bun without the middle bun portion.

4.   Japan
      Bacon Potato Pie
It's the standard McDonalds Pie structure with potato and bacon as the filling.

5.   Singapore
      Shaka Shaka Chicken
I guess people in Singapore hates chicken sandwiches served on a hamburger bun so that's removed.  So the chicken is served in a French fry bag and a plastic pouch of spices is tossed on by the customer instead of by the restaurant employee.
 6.  China
      Black and White Hamburger
Two separate hamburger styles.  The black hamburger is served on a hamburger bun black in color with white sesame seeds with condiments consisting of black pepper sauce and chopped onions.  The White hamburger is the standard McDonalds hamburger bun with black sesame seeds and with condiments consisting of a spicy sauce.

10.  Philippines
       McSpeghetti
You would expect to find spaghetti served in Italian markets, but weirdly this is only served in the Philippines and normally with a side of chicken McNuggets.  I guess Philippines McDonalds customers eats more spaghetti dinners than Italian McDonalds customers.
  11.  I'm not sure where this is served in
         McRice Burger
