It's fun to visit the beach. It looks like fun to do yoga, though I never actually done so in actual practice. Why not do both. Go to the beach and perform yoga. It's hard for me to do yoga. I'm no where nearby the beach and I don't know how to do yoga. But still, it's much easier for somebody who's nearby the beach and knows how to do yoga to do yoga at the beach. And watching people do yoga at the beach is almost as exciting as doing yoga on the beach. So the next time some yoga poses is learned and the chance to go to the beach is available, feel free to perform some yoga on the beach. Your body will feel much better because if it.
