THE 2014 WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES IN SOCHI, RUSSIA

His name is President Vladimir Putin.  He used to be a member of the much feared USSR counterpart to the CIA called the KGB.
When former Russian President Boris Yeltson died, President Vladimir Putin took over as President of Russia from May 7, 2000 to May 7, 2008.  Then he became Prime Minister of Russia under his replacement President Dmitry Medvedev from May 8, 2008 to May 7, 2012.  Then he replaced President Dmitry Medvedev as President of Russia from May 7, 2012 to current while Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev took over as Prime Minister (A job that he currently holds to this exact moment of time).  So Vladimir Putin has either been President of Russia or Prime Minister of Russia for the pas fifteen years (Which sort of qualifies him for the status of dictator for life).  Just don't say that directly to his face.
Normally, President Vladimir Putin is a friend of death to America Islamic extremism, however, there are Islamic Countries that Russia have been treating as Russian territory and has been refusing to give independence to.  And after blowing up a train station nearby Sochi, Russia, those death to America Extremist Islamic Terrorists who refuses to obey Russian orders are threatening to ruin the Russian Olympics with nitroglycerin packed into tubes of toothpaste.  In other words, President Vladimir Putin doesn't want you to brush your teeth.

The Olympic torch is within the city limits of Sochi, Russia.  Yeah, that much is true.  However, the Opening Ceremony for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia hasn't started yet.  That hasn't stopped figure skating competition from beginning.  Today is team men's figure skating and team couples figure skating.  And even though the Gentle Reader and I are now in the heart of Russia, the Olympic spirit of multi-national unity continues.
