THE 2014 WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES IN SOCHI, RUSSIA

And so the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) now renamed Russia is now playing host to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.  And with elements of Capitalism now an element of the Russian landscape, it's now possible to eat dinner at McDonalds in Sochi, Russia.  Yes, Russia now has permanent McDonalds across the Russian landscape so massive that it stretches across nine time zones with Sochi, Russia roughly nine hours ahead of the Eastern Time Zone of the United States.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is the latest leader of the former Soviet Union now simply called Russia.  And with NASA falling apart, he takes delight in knowing that the only way United States of America Astronauts can reach the International Space Station is by using the Russian Space Program.  Yeah, the Space X Corporation (Space Exploration Technologies Corporation) which launches unmanned rockets to supply the International Space Station and Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Records now called Virgin EMI, keeps promising Corporate owned space shuttles so that United States of America Astronauts won't have to use Russian rockets from the Russian Space Program---But first they need to learn how to build a space shuttle for the first time ever.
Gloating that he took away the space exploration program from the now nearly non existent (Thanks to the friendly neighborhood so called Tea Party Movement of Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck among others), President Vladimir Putin turned his attention to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.  Among his efforts to promote the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia was to be as visible as humanly possible.  And to that extent, President Vladimir Putin visited Team USA House at the U.S. Olympic Committee headquarters in the Olympic Park.

Skiing athlete Jackie Chamoun of Lebanon.  She's about to be arrested by the police in her home country for posing topless in an X-Rated porn calendar.  She may be forced to live in exile from Lebanon, the country she is representing in the 2014 Winter Olympic Games because she violated strict Islamic laws related to women behavior in the Middle Eastern country of Lebanon.
A sanitized version of the disputed calendar photo which lead to the Islamic fatwa against her.

Sochi, Russia is overrun with stray dogs running around and living like wild animals.  Sadly, Sochi, Russia doesn't have a stray dog and cat animal shelter system like they do in the United States of America so nothing is done to fix the problem.  If it's broken, don't fix it because you'll only cause more problems for yourself.  United States of America snowboarder Lindsey Jacobellis is persistently unlucky in getting any sort of medal, but she's lucky in getting one of those stray dogs living like wild animals to allow her to adopt it as her newest pet animal.   Lindsey Jacobellis and her newest pet dog will be leaving together for the United States of America when the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia is over.  This will be the former stray dog turned pet dog's first time in the United States of America.

Canadian bobsledder Heather Moyse needed to take a pre-racing hot Epsom salt bath.  However, since there isn't much bathtubs in Sochi, Russia, Heather Moyse took a hot Epsom salt bath inside a trash can instead.  Hey, sometimes a girl needs to improvise with whatever is available at the time.
