And so it's afternoon. As the day continues largely without much notice, there is a slight chill in the air. I could see a light assembly of clouds overhead. Not enough for rain, but enough to suggest the chance for rain sometime later in the future. But as we anticipate the future, we too must also live in the present. The decisions we make in the present affects the future. And if we believe the future to be fixed in place permanently, is to suggest that anything we do in the present will always lead to this one futuristic event. That's called predestination and that's something that I never believed in. The future is always in a state of flux. One movement in any particular direction could alter the future down a severely different unrecognizable path. And those in the future will never be aware that the future has been changed. Changing the future is not without it's risk which is why we must live our lives in as pure a manner as possible.
