I'm waiting for a fierce thunderstorm to arrive. I know that's a weird thing to be anticipating, but there is a reason for such a thought. Rain irrigates the plants while replenishing all the lakes, rivers and streams. Without water to irrigate the land, plants become dry and brittle. Plants that are dry and brittle are easy to set on fire. A single flame could spark a wildfire that stretches for miles. Rain doesn't destroy houses (Except for maybe floods, hurricanes and typhoons). Fire does destroy houses. Rain doesn't destroy the skin, but can drown somebody to death. Fire burns the skin in ways that's difficult for medicine to treat. So when you look at it from this perspective, waiting for a fierce thunderstorm to arrive is a worthy task to indulge in.
And as I'm lost in thought as night covers the land, here are some photos of Lily Aldridge.
