THE RETURN OF GILMORE GIRLS

For those who doesn't know the plot for the television series Gilmore Girls which lasted for seven seasons between October 5, 2000 (2000-10-05) to May 15, 2007, here is a short recap.  The premise of Gilmore Girls is sort of similar to the setup for the sitcom series One Day at a Time except this television show isn't set in Indianapolis, Indiana, but rather is set in Stars Hollow, Connecticut.  Lorelai Gilmore Sr. (Lauren Graham) is the unwed single mother of Lorelai "Rory" Gilmore Jr. (Alexis Bledel) and has been having remarkable good luck in the process.  But in order to get her daughter out of public school and first into Chilton Preparatory School and then into Yale University, she Lorelai Sr. suddenly needs financial assistance from her estranged parents Emily Gilmore (Kelly Bishop) and Richard Gilmore (the late Edward Herrmann).  And that's where problems occur because Lorelai Gilmore Sr. and Lorelai "Rory" Gilmore Jr. are Liberal while Emily Gilmore and Richard Gilmore are Ultra Conservative which leads to often combative Friday Night Dinners at Emily Gilmore and Richard Gilmore's mansion.
(2007-05-15)Well anyway, Gilmore Girls went off the air eight years ago and the four episode (Each episode is ninety minutes long and covers a season for example Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn) mini series entitled Gilmore Girls:  Seasons is almost ready for streaming on Netflix.  Everybody who ever been a cast member including the elusive (Some people thought she would never show up because she's a huge movie star who's too big and important for television, but she still remembers that this was the show that she was employed on at a time when nobody knew her name) Melissa McCarthy as Sookie St. James and Chris Eigeman as Jason Stiles (Who was only employed on the fourth season and hasn't been back since until now).  Almost all of the crucial recurring guest stars (except for nine crucial recurring guest stars who hasn't yet worked out an actors contract and filming is almost nearly done) has shown up too.  Sadly, Edward Herrmann died on December 31, 2014 and won't be able to show up because the actor is deceased.  Sadly, Emily Gilmore will be depicted as a widow for the eighth season.
Lorelai Gilmore Sr. (Lauren Graham) and Luke Danes (Scott Patterson) go for a romantic walk through the town.  They broke up and gotten back together so many times, it makes your head spin.  The fact that they come from two different worlds doesn't help.  Lorelai Gilmore co-owns first the Independence Inn and later the Dragonfly Inn and Luke Danes is a construction worker who owns, operates and lives above a restaurant.(2014-12-3
Lorelai Gilmore Sr. (Lauren Graham) and Luke Danes (Scott Patterson) munches on popcorn as Mayor Taylor Doose (Michael Winters isn't in the photograph still) reveals yet another soon-to-be-failed disaster attempt to promote the town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut.  Every single attempt made by Mayor Taylor Doose to promote the town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut have turned out to be costly failures of epic proportions
Miss Patty (Liz Torres) and Babette (Sally Struthers (Gloria Stivic on All in the Family)) leads the charge for yet another one of Mayor Taylor Doose's failed attempt to sell and promote Stars Hollow, Connecticut with Stars Hallow:  The Musical with Lorelai "Rory" Gilmore Jr. (Alexis Bledel) and Lorelai Gilmore Sr. (Lauren Graham) looking on.
Kelly Bishop as the well intended, but still manipulative and slightly unethical ultra conservative Emily Gilmore

Gilmore Girls:  Seasons won't be broadcast on the CW network like the previous seven seasons were, but rather will be streaming on www.Netflix.com instead.
