WHAT HAPPENED AT THE GAS STATION

The Lad thought he did everything right.  Get out of the car.  Check.  Remove the cap from the gas tank.  Check.  Put the gas pump nozzle into the gas tank.  Check.  Pay for the gasoline.  Check.  Get back into the car.  Check.  Turn on the car.  Check.  Drive.  Oh heck, did I forget something?
