IN REMEMBERENCE OF BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER

Buffy the Vampire Slayer initially began in 1992 as a theatrical motion picture starring Kristy Swanson as the First Incarnation of Buffy Anne Summers.

The 1992 Buffy the Vampire Slayer Theatrical Motion Picture was a box office flop and further film sequels were canceled.  All the actors involved with the film were released from their acting contracts and it looked like the Buffy the Vampire Slayer franchise was gone forever.  Five years later, Buffy the Vampire Slayer returned as a television series with a whole new cast.  The second volume of Buffy the Vampire Slayer broadcast 144 Episodes across seven seasons from 1997 to 2003.  The second volume of Buffy the Vampire Slayer was so popular that it even produced a spinoff entitled Angel which broadcast 110 episodes from 1999 to 2004.  We're still waiting for further adventures of Buffy the Vampire Slayer---Either from her Second Incarnation or from a possible Third Incarnation.  Until that moment arrives, we have reruns of both the First Incarnation and the Second Incarnation of Buffy the Vampire Slayer for us all to enjoy.
