Jenny Lee Lindberg, Theresa Wayman, Emily Kokal and Stella Mozgawa
Valentines Day in the year 2004 was the day that Warpaint was formed. The original lineup of the all women rock band was Emily Kokal, Theresa Wayman and Jenny Lee Lindberg along with her older sister Shannyn Sossamon (Sossamon was the maiden name of their mother and Lindberg was the name of their father). The lineup didn't last long. Shannyn Sossamon left the band after four years playing drums and recording the bands debut EP for a successful acting career. Jenny Lee Lindberg still keeps in touch with her sister Shannyn Sossamon, but the two women don't jam in the same rock band together anymore. Anyway, between 2007 to 2009, Warpaint went through three drummers, all male, before choosing Stella Mozgawa as the newest member of Warpaint (Their fifth drummer). Stella was previously a member of the rock band Mink (She recorded their album Mink with them) and a member of the rock band Swahili Blonde (She was on their album Man Meat before quitting the group). Emily Kokal, Theresa Wayman, Jenny Lee Lindberg and Stella Mozgowa recorded three full length albums together on 2010, 2014 and 2016. Jenny Lee Lindberg also recorded a solo album with Stella Mozgowa playing drums on 2015. All four women of the rock band Warpaint continues to record music and tour to support their music at this exact moment of time.
