Wonder Wheel is Woody Allen's sixty-fourth film. Woody Allen used to cast either his girlfriends or his wives in the lead female role and then cast himself in the lead male role. However, he pretty much stopped doing that when his common law marriage to Mia Farrow fell apart in 1992. So all his films before 1992 would have the same female in the lead female role for ten films consecutively and all his films beyond 1992 would have a completely different female as the lead actress role. And despite the controversy behind his controversial marriage to Soon-Yi Previn, he has no problems getting his films casted, getting his films completed and getting his films released. And so once again it's time for the big film premier for the latest Woody Allen film entitled
Wonder Wheel.
