AN ARGUMENT FOR REINVENTION WHEN THE OLD WAY OF DOING THINGS FALLS TO PIECES

There are times when a person discovers that going the usual route is going to pieces so badly that continuing down that path will hurt lots of people.  And try as you might to keep the old way of doing things alive, the massive hurt afflicted upon the innocent becomes unavoidable.  In that case, it's best not to go down the usual route, but instead to reinvent yourself in a brand new way.  It's best to recreate yourself in a manner that will benefit society.  There is nothing wrong with reinventing yourself when the old path is no longer workable.  Who knows?  You might find that reinventing yourself in a whole new way might end up becoming the best decision you ever made.
