NINE MORE DAYS LEFT BEFORE SPRING OFFICIALLY STARTS

So I checked with the internet.  It turns out that Spring doesn't arrive until nine days from now.  It turns out that the first official day of Spring is March 20, 2012.  So put away your snow shovels, ice skates, sleds, skiis and ice scrapers for the windshield of the car.  Since it hasn't snowed much in what turned out to be six months of Auttumn, most of Cleveland, Ohio already had all that stuff in storage.  It's hard to put something into storage when it already has been in storage the entire time.  It's not yet time to mow that lawn, but it's getting there.  It's not yet time for the swimming pool next door to my Mom's house to be open, but it's getting there also.  At any rate, Spring is almost here.  Time to rejoyce in the arrival of mild warmer weather that never really left in the first place.
