SPRINGTIME FOR STEVEN POST HITCHCOCK IN CLEVELAND, OHIO?

Is it safe to call it a change of seasons from Winter to Spring.  I mean, we already did the Daylight Saving Time bit.  So I guess that makes the season Spring.  It's hard to tell because the weather has been uniformly either Auttumn like or Spring like with only temporary bit of Winter tossed in.  So it's either safe to assume that it shiften from Auttumn to Spring with a passing interest in Winter.  Or it's safe to assume that Spring was with us all along with a passing interest in Winter.  Whatever the case may be, Winter got the short end of the stick.  Call it good luck.  Call it bad luck.  Call it gobal warming.  Winter is still like the nerd kid who never got to slow dance with anybody at the high school homecoming dance.  Still, there's still a chance that Winter might get a chance to shine starting December 2012.  Until then, Winter has been benched until further notice.  Aside from snow people, snow forts, snow ball fights, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, sledding and ice skating Winter has been getting a bad reputation as the season nobody wants.  I still believe that Winter has an important role to play.  I'm not ready to give up on snow and ice.
