THE CASE OF THE BATMAN COMIC BOOK ADDICTED MOVIE THEATER MASS MURDERER CONTINUES....
Before James Eagan Holmes left his apartment, he wired up all of his windows and doors with thirty bombs and trip wires. He then drove his car to watch the film The Dark Knight Rises in the Century 16 Movie Theater in Aurora, Colorado. He left the film early and returned to the same exact movie theater and tossed two canasters of tear gas. He fired six thousand rounds of ammo from four guns at the audience. Only stopping his mass murder rampage to reload, James Holmes killed twelve people and wounded fifty-eight more. He was arrested by the police as he tried to escape justice. He was arraigned in the Colorado Courtroom today. He's being held without bail as he awaits trial. He's incarcerated in an isolated prison cell with no interaction with other prison inmates. It isn't known if the Defense Attorney will try to use the insanity defence. It isn't known if the State of Colorado will aim for the death penalty.
