MY LIFE IN GENERAL

There was a light drizzle for a while.  Now the rain has stopped.  The sky is cloudy, but no rain.  The weather was still strangely cold when I first reached the Strongsville Public Library in Strongsville, Ohio.  I'm not sure if the weather is still cold.  I guess I'll find out twenty minutes from now when the Strongsville Public Library closes for the day.
Gentle Reader, I guess the question is simple.  How do you survive being a contest judge on something like The Voice, American Idol, America's Got Talent, the X-Factor and half a dozen other talent show game shows.  I guess the easiest question is to heartlessly savage as many inexperienced beginers as possible.  If you lack the ruthlessness to destroy somebody's dream just for high ratings, then just say, "You're singing style is just a bit pitchy."  You won't sound like you're suitably ruthless while still being nice at the same time.  Or you could avoid being on shows like the Voice, American Idol, America's Got Talent, the X-Factor and half a dozen other variations if you lack the cruelty to destroy somebody's dream of being in the entertainment industry so heartlessly.
While I'm lost in thought about television shows and the falling rain, here are some photos of Sara Bareilles (Fromer judge for the talent show game show series the Sing Off).
