On my way to the public library, I traveled past three snowplows. Yes, it's snowing. But none of the snow is sticking much to the ground. And the snow that's sticking isn't big enough to justify a snow plow. And none of the three snow plows were spreading salt to the ground either. And so there are three snow plows driving around town doing nothing except driving around town. Perhaps those people are paid for blank number of hours spent plowing the snow. And with a mild winter and actual snow falling to the ground in light doses, this is one of those rare chances to earn an income. Still, it's weird seeing a snow plow driving around without actual plowing or salting.
