The film Captain America: Winter Soldier continues to film in Cleveland, Ohio. No Chris Evans as Captain Steve Rogers aka Captain America yet. No Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff aka the Black Widow. Frank Grillo as Brock rumlow aka Crossbones is also a no show. However, we have Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier. Bucky Barnes used be a normal human being sidekick ally of Captain America during World War II when he was leader of the The Howling Commandos. Now the Howling Commandos are either elderly and still alive, elderly and dead from senior citizen related natural causes or in the case of Bucky Barnes turned into a Captain America style super-soldier gone psychotic genocidal maniac. Yesterday, we have Sebastian Stan as one of two main villains Bucky Barnes aka the Winter Soldier filming scenes on West Shoreway at W. 3rd Street. Just to give advance warning that there could be traffic jams and closed roads the closer you travel to Euclid Avenue.
