FLASH FLOOD BEFORE THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE REACHES BELOW ZERO OR QUICK, WHERE ARE THE MOPS!!!!!!!!!!

This is the intersection of Gay Street and Fourth Street.  A water main has ruptured and the outside temperature is expected to reach below zero.  In other words, all of this will soon become an outdoor ice skating rink if the ruptured water main that's flooding Gay Street isn't fixed soon.  In other words, this isn't a good time to be anywhere nearby Downtown Columbus, Ohio.  Gosh darn the luck.
