A LITERAL HOMEWRECKER

Let' just say that the property that this luxury home was once built upon was a lot bigger and a lot more stable.  However, the gradual erosion of the cliff has taken it's toll on the poor house.  It's not the luxury house's fault that it's perched on a cliff that's a mere 75 feet above Lake Whitney in Whitney, Texas.  But with the gradual erosion of the cliff, comes with the advantage of not having much of a lawn to mow.  The disadvantage is that there won't be much of a house to live in either if it plummets off of the cliff and into Lake Whitney below.  Good luck trying to sell this now condemned house to a realty company.  All of the money that was spent to purchase the expensive luxury house is now gone forever and will no longer be restored ever again.
