THE CASULTIES OF TIME

The clock continues it's march towards the future.  An the most immediate casualty of time's unfulfilled march towards the future (Time never reaches the future because the future eventually becomes the present before being discarded as a past event) is the afternoon hours.  What was once new and exciting is now stepping aside for the evening to take it's place.  It's still light outside.  The evening has yet to take root yet.  However, the evening will soon make it's mark across the land as light is eventually replaced with darkness.  Get the flashlights ready, make sure the light bulbs are in working order and make sure the electricity bill is paid in full.  The Gentle Reader and I will need plenty of illumination when evening replaces the afternoon.
