Starting a vegetable garden in the back yard takes a lot of work. You need the seeds and the soil. And even if the soil has a thick clay like consistency, it's possible to grow a vegetable garden if you plow the thick clay like soil and mix it around with sand. It might take three months or several years depending on if the machine used to till the soil is broken. Or you could purchase a planter box and place actual genuine soil on top of the thick clay like soil and grow a vegetable garden in the imported soil while bypassing the useless thick clay like soil. Sometimes a shortcut is better than making too much work for oneself. Plus, not much vegetables will be needed to be purchased in stores depending on the success of the backyard vegetable garden.
And as I'm lost in thought about vegetable gardens, here are some photos of Cameron Diaz.
