Now here's the thing, there are three television shows related to the Batman comic book series. There is the original Batman television show staring Adam West as Bruce Wayne aka Batman and Burt Ward as Richard Greyson aka Robin that ran on ABC from January 12, 1966 to March 14, 1968 and released through 20th Century Fox film studio. The television series lasted for only three seasons. There was also a theatrical motion picture connected to the three season long television series released in movie theaters in 1966.

Then there was the Birds of Prey television series starring Ashley Scott as Helena Wayne aka Helena Kyle (Daughter of Batman and Catwoman), Dina Meyer as Barbara Gordon (Daughter of Police Commissioner Jim Gordon) aka Batgirl and Rachel Skarsten as Diana Lance aka Black Canary. It ran on the WP Network (merged with UPN to form the CW Network) and produced through Warner Brothers film studio and lasted one season from October 9, 2002 to February 19, 2003.

Warner Brothers Film Studio has released a third Batman related television series on the ultra conservative 20th Century Fox Network owned Fox Network to start broadcasting this year. It focuses on David Mazouz as a thirteen year old version of Bruce Wayne who has to work hard to earn the right to wear Batman's colorful action costume super-suit and also has to work hard to earn the right to drive the Batmobile (As a thirteen year old child, he's too young to drive an automobile). It's similar to Smallville, except Bruce Wayne aka Batman starts his journey to adulthood in junior high while Clark Kent aka Superman started his journey in high school. Which means that childhood for Bruce Wayne aka Batman will last two years longer.
