Running into a frustration barrier to success produces two reactions. Either you give up and let the frustration drag you down to destruction or you keep fighting against the frustrating barrier until you succeed in producing forward. And you don't need to fight against the frustrating barrier with violence, but rather it's better to fight against the frustrating barrier with the use of non-violence. Always remember that non-violence is better than violence. When somebody attacks you with violence, it's better to take the high road and respond with non-violence. Don't wallow in anger, hatred and violence with those who insist on taking the low road. Be the one who teaches the better path towards enlightenment.
And as I'm lost in thought while it's late at night, here are some photos of Sarah Silverman.
