GOOD LUCK AND GOOD FORTUNE
I walked under a ladder and nothing happened. I opened an umbrella inside the house and nothing happened. A black cat crossed my path and nothing happened. It's possible for a four leaf clover to turn out to be poison ivy. It's possible for a horseshoe to fall off the wall and strike you in the head. There is no reliable superstition for good luck, except for the application of good judgment.
