AT THE CROSSROADS OF THE STORY

And so the Gentle Reader is at a crossroads.  Where does the story continue from here?  Will the story have a happy ending or will the story have a tragic ending?  And if the ending of the story is happy, then what will be the factors involved with the happy ending.  And if the ending of the story is tragic, then what will be the factors involved with the tragic ending.  And if the reader of the story doesn't know the answer, then what will be the factors involved to make the answer much easier to understand.  Personally, I would prefer the ending be happy.  Who among us actually desires an ending that is sad and tragic.  Even those of us ending up with a tragic story embarked upon the tragic path foolishly believing that the outcome will be happy and satisfying.  But it's the difficulty of picking the right road to travel down which could change the outcome for everything.  And with luck, the Gentle Reader and I will continue to pick out the correct road to travel down to hopefully a happy and cheerful destination.
