It's far better to exist within the philosophy of everything in moderation. You need to control your appetites. You need to control the need to go shopping to either light or non-existence. Happiness isn't found in constantly purchasing stuff. Happiness is found with interaction with friends and family. Don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with owning personal possessions. There is still a role for materialism in daily life. However, it's a mistake to go overboard with materialism if materialism in such a manner that it's scaring away friends and family. Being so blind to addiction to both Shopping and materialism in a manner that it's scaring away friends and family isn't a good path to take nor is something to brag about. Shopping and materialism isn't a substitute nor a replacement for friends and family---Just a way to enhancing the experience.
And as I'm lost in thought while it's late at night, here are some photos of Kristin Davis.
