STARTING TO FEEL ALIVE

It's the fifth day of January and I'm feeling alive and rejuvenated.  It feels good to be alive and well in the wonderful city of Columbus, Ohio.  I never felt so happy and so optimistic about my existence and the future spread out before me.  There is no regret.  There is no dark shadow to atone nor hide from.  The future is bright and optimistic.  And though the future continues to be elusive to me, I know for a fact that there is nothing in my future to be afraid of.  Nothing bad happens to those who are pure in heart nor pure in intentions.
