BREAKFAST ON MEMORIAL DAY
Today is Memorial Day. Today we remember all who have fallen in all the wars the United States of America has fought in. When I'm talking about all the wars the United States of America has fought in, I'm talking about both declared wars and undeclared wars. Just because a war was never endorsed by congress doesn't mean it doesn't qualify as a war. And just because a war only lasted a few days like the invasion of Panama to kick out Panama dictator Manuel Antonio Noriega Moreno or simply General Manuel Noriega in 1989 under the codename Nifty Package doesn't mean that it isn't actually a war. I'm not saying that invading Panama to kick out a South American dictator is a bad thing, but if something looks like a war involving soldiers, bullets and tanks, then you should start calling a war. At any rate, today is Memorial Day. I just ate doughnuts and coffee for breakfast. The doughnuts had a red, white and blue pattern on it. The doughnuts were very patriotic. The coffee was the same that it always was. Sometimes I drink coffee with cream, sometimes the coffee is left black. Two and a half spoonful of sugar please. The Cleveland Plains Dealer newspaper was slim. Still, it's Memorial Day. Today we remember those who died fighting for the United States of America in all the declared and undeclared wars we fought. The sacrifice of those who have fallen in war won't be forgotten. They died in the quest to defend freedom and democracy.
