LIGHT BULBS

The light bulb burns brightly tonight.  However, the only reason why the light bulb burns brightly is because I turned on the light switch.  Turning off the light switch will plunge the room into darkness.  The darkness won't illuminate itself nor will the light bulb itself create darkness once it's turned on.  The simple act of turning on or turning off the light switch will decide whether or not the room will be covered in darkness or covered in light.  Yeah, it's hard to sleep with the light switch on.  However, it's hard to write this blog entry without some illumination.  So there are advantages to the light switch being turned on and there are advantages to the light switch being turned off.  And the light switch has been turned on.  And the light bulb continues to burn brightly as this blog entry continues to be written for the Gentle Reader to read with anticipation.
