THE SNOW IS FALLING! THE SNOW IS FALLING! THE SNOW IS FALLING!

The American Broadcast Network (ABC) Evening News almost always starts with some horrible weather catastrophe as the lead story.  The horrible weather catastrophe of the day is some horrible blizzard striking almost every city in the United States of America except for California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and Hawaii.  I'm living in Columbus, Ohio.  Yeah, snow has fallen on the ground, but the fallen snow isn't as bad as it were in other cities.  The same snow storm that paralyzed New York City and shut it down after 11:00 P.M. only produced a thin coat of snow here in Columbus, Ohio.  There was still enough to shovel off the driveway and cancel school for safety precaution, but not enough to paralyze or shut down an entire city.  I guess I'm lucky enough to be living in the right city when the snow started falling.
