Time never slows down nor does time stop. Time always moves forward. Time never moves backwards. If there is a science to going back in time, such technology hasn't been invented yet. And perhaps it's best that time travel was never invented. Because time travel in the wrong hands is dangerous. And giving time travel to a dangerously unstable person only as a form of revenge is even worse. Giving time travel to a dangerously unstable person only as a form of revenge should never be celebrated. Giving time travel to a dangerously unstable person only as a form of revenge should be feared. And if the dangerously unstable person given time travel only as a form of revenge has been erased from existence, then perhaps it's for the best that such a thing has been done. Making the planet Earth a worse place to live only as a form of revenge is the worst thing a human being could do to anybody who never provoked such a hideous revenge scheme in the first place. Because it's far better to make the planet Earth a better place to live.
