IT MIGHT RAIN LATER ON AROUND 5:00 P.M.

It might rain later on around 5:00 P.M., but it looks fine right now.  Perhaps the 60% chance of rain isn't going to happen.  I won't complain if the rain doesn't fall.  Though rain has been useful in preventing droughts and preventing wildfires.  It's hard to mow the lawn if it rains.  I'll need to mow the lawn either today or tomorrow.  I'll see what happens.  And if the rain does fall, I'll watch the rain fall from inside the house in comfort and style.  But it's not raining now and that's all that matters.
