EXERCISE

It's always good to stay in shape.  There's nothing wrong with exercising in order to stay in shape.  I try to get some exercising done each and everyday.  I normally feel good after exercising.  And after exercising, it's good to relax a little to recover.  And then it's off to the next task of the day.  Ah yes, that's a good way to begin the day.
