Yeah, it's possible to pay money to attend an athletic competition just to see the United States of America National Anthem entitled the Star Spangled Banner be played. However, wouldn't that be a waste of money and time. I mean, athletic competition tickets are expensive. And athletic competitions is more than just listening to the Star Spangled Banner be played. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with patriotism. Just like there's nothing wrong with free speech. But what are you going to say when your child walks out of class because a classmate didn't place his/her hand on his/her heart to say the Pledge of Allegiance? You're going to reward your child for missing class due to patriotism. Now your child is in trouble and getting bad grades all on the account of your behavior. Sooner or later, you're going to have to let some people get their need to protest out of there system and honor the United States of America in your own way.
And as I'm lost in thought in the Autumn, here are some photos of Ashley Judd.
