SCARLETT JOHANSSON AND GWYNETH PALTROW HELPS THE AVENGERS FIGHT CRIME IN CLEVELAND, OHIO

The Hollywood filming of the comic book action adventure movie The Avengers (Not to be confused with the James Bond inspired television series by the same name starring Patrick Macnee) continues in Cleveland, Ohio. The Cleveland, Ohio shooting of the film will continue until sometime next week when the production shifts from Ohio to New Mexico. Anyway, here are more photos from the super-hero comic book film production. The first photo is Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator and producer Joss Whedon talking with filmmaking co-workers concerning the comic book film production.  Scarlett Johansson continues to be a no show (Unless scripted scenes involving the actress has already been filmed under closed film set conditions).

Here are more photos from the nighttime filming on Public Square in front of the empty Higbee Department Store and the Tower City Center Mall.  The complex also has a public transportation railroad station, two hotels which are the Ritz Carlton and the Renaissance Hotel plus a office building skyscraper perched above the shopping mall.  Hotel visitors don't even need to step outside for anything.

The above photos involves Captain America (Chris Evans) fighting against Loki (Tom Hiddleston).  In theory, Scarlett Johansson is supposed to be somewhere in Cleveland, Ohio filming scenes for the movie, but nobody has been able to photograph her in comic book action.  Perhaps all of her scenes are indoors.
