MUNCHING ON A TACO

The Gentle Reader and I enjoy eating tacos.  Take some ground beef and steak, chop it up, brown it up and toss in some South American style spices.  Place in a taco shell.  Chop up some lettuce and toss it in.  The Gentle Reader can toss in some tomatos if the Gentle Reader desires.  I can't stand the taste of tomatos and ketchup, but I enjoy salsa and steak sauce.  Don't ask me why.  I never understood why.  Toss in some shredded cheese and the taco is assembled.  It's as easy as that.  Ah yes, the Gentle Reader and I enjoy eating tacos.  Life is so much better with tacos around as a dinner menu item.
