Laptop computers and Internet connection isn't capable of spreading disruptive ideas that sows the seeds of revolution. Laptop computers and Internet connection is just a tool with no ability to think for themselves unless programmed to do otherwise. It's the person using the laptop computer and Internet connection as a tool that spreads disruptive ideas that sows the seeds of revolution. And while a satisfied population will use laptop computers and Internet connection as a tool to say good things about Government and society, an unsatisfied population will use laptop computers and Internet connection as a tool to say bad things about the Government. And like any other tool, laptop computers and Internet connection could cause severe damage if used in a certain manner. But even then, computers and Internet connection can't do so on their own without being programmed to do so.
