RAIN FELL ON HALLOWEEN

The street outside the house that I'm living in appears to be damp. Either somebody had the street power washed or rain fell while I was asleep. It's not raining right now and it wasn't raining before I fell asleep. So the rain must've started and stopped while I was sleeping. Cold temperature, grey cloudy skies with the possibilities for rain is good weather for Halloween day. And tomorrow is the first day of November. And starting tomorrow, there will be two months left in 2014 before the year is ended to step aside for the year 2015. New Years Day is almost here.
Trick or treating was last night. There was a mixture of four (Three male and one female) criminology civilian students and police officers on patrol during trick or treating. There was almost as much official and unofficial security as there were actual trick or treaters. The world must've become a scary place. I'm saying this because this is the first time I ever saw any form of official and unofficial security at trick or treating time close to Halloween and I've been alive since the day I was born on 1968.
