Saint Pancras started out as a medieval parish that was located between what is now known as Oxford Street and Regents Park within the larger confines of Camden City within the even larger confines of London, England within the larger confines of the United Kingdom. Named for a Roman Catholic Saint and a Martyr who died for the Roman Catholic Church around 304 A.D. and who's Feast Day was May 12, Saint Pancras was also the sight for the St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel and the attached St Pancras Railway Station. It was at the combined St. Pancras Hotel and Railway Station Complex that the Spice Girls of Melanie Chisholm, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, and Emma Bunton filmed the music video to their song
Wannabe.
On February 25, 2013, Victoria Beckham returned to the St Pancras Railway Station and the memories of the music video shoot came flooding back. And the nostalgic recollection was both soothing and comforting for the girl. And for a few moments at least, life was good.
