Dido Armstrong was educated in Thornhill Primary School located in Islington, Dallington School, City of London School for Girls and The Royal College of St. Peter in Westminster aka Westminster School. The theft of a recorder musical instrument lead to her enrollment at Guildhall School of Music and Drama as punishment. And despite being proficient in piano, recorder and violen playing in music class, Dido Armstrong chose a career in the legal field instead. And she worked as a literary agent for possibly her father's book publishing firm while studying to be a lawyer at Birkbeck, University of London (Formerly known as Birkbeck College). Dido dropped out of both her father's book publishing industry and from law classes to become a rock star just like her older brother Rollo Armstrong. Dido Armstrong recorded a demo album from 1995 to 1996 before releasing her official debut album No Angel in 1999. No Angel was a smash hit and Dido never looked back. Life For Rent was released in 2003, Safe Trip Home was released in 2008 and Girl Who Got Away was released in 2013. Dido Armstrong is still recording and touring to this exact second.
