THE RETURN OF LINDSAY LOHAN

It helps to make friends with the rich and powerful when you're reputation in Hollywood is badly crippled by scandal.  Take Lindsay Lohan.  Her wholesome teenage positive role model career (Courtesy of Disney) was ruined by alcoholism, drug abuse, drunk driving and shoplifting jewelry scandal.  So when comedienne Chelsea Handler asked Lindsay Lohan (aka LiLo) to perform for a comedy skit on her 2010 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) hosting gig, Lindsay Lohan said yes to the proposal with enthusiasm.  The skit depicted Cheslea Handler (Wearing a white bathrobe and drinking something) having a hostile confrontation against Lindsay Lohan (wearing a pink nightgown) while in drug rehab in a silly comical sort of way.

And now Lindsay Lohan is out of the Betty Ford Clinic and proving that she's clean and sober with her sober coach in tow.  So when Chelsea Handler was unable to host her late night talk show, Chelsea Lately, Chelsea Handler asked Lindsay Lohan take over as the guest host on August 5, 2013 (yesterday).  Lindsay Lohan's guest hosting gig got rave reviews and enjoyed by every television critic in town.  So does this mean that Lindsay Lohan's career is back on track again?  The Gentle Reader and I will find out as time progresses.
