The Snow Emergency has become a distant memory. The snow that had fallen during the Snow Emergency has been mostly melted by the falling rain. And I'm relieved because there was an inch thick of an ice/snow mixture that I don't have to try to chisel away with a metal shovel and then scoop away with a plastic shovel. I just relax and watch the rain dissolve the inch thick snow/ice mixture away. And so life continues beyond the Snow Emergency. Will there be another Snow Emergency? That isn't know. It's hard to predict the weather.
