The snow has melted away Gentle Reader. There's nothing left to give any indication that Winter ever existed in Cleveland, Ohio. I'm not complaining, but polar bears and penguins everywhere are concerned. At any rate, Winter is technically around, but not in actual physical fact. It feels more like the unofficial start of Spring. And since my bike kept getting flat tires and strong forces of nature refuses to fix the problem on it's own, I must walk by foot three miles to my destination. And it's easier to walk three miles when there isn't any snow and ice to walk across. But with the haunting possiblities of global warming, the unofficial arrival of Spring and the official start of a very mild Winter tends to be a mixed blessing.
